If those casings were collected as evidence, wouldn’t they give us some clues about the type of weapon used, or maybe where it was purchased? Could that help narrow down potential suspects or tie them to other cases? It’s so unsettling that this happened when Richard was just trying to enjoy an evening at the park with his loved ones. Has anyone here gone through any similar cases where shell casing evidence led to a breakthrough? My thoughts are with Richard’s family and friends—they’ve waited far too long for answers.
