I recently came across the case of Allen James Hamilton, and I can't help but feel connected to this story when thinking about how he must have touched the lives of those around him. Despite being described as a transient, it's clear that Allen was a human being who had moments of joy and struggle like anyone else. It's tragic to think that his life ended in such a violent manner. What's particularly troubling is how those three men he was last seen with remain unidentified. It makes me wonder if there were any bar regulars at the Tacoma Tavern who might remember seeing them. Maybe they noticed how these men interacted with Allen or saw them leave together. Even a small memory could offer so much help to the investigation—I really hope people who frequented the bar back in 1977 think back. Perhaps there's something they saw or heard that's been buried in their minds all these years. I've heard Crime Stoppers allows tips to be given anonymously, which is such an invaluable service. If anyone out there holds a piece of this puzzle, coming forward could finally give Allen's loved ones some peace and move the case towards justice.
