Has anyone else been looking into the bars around NW Marshall Street back in 1980? I think Roger’s connection to the Nobbie Tavern might be a big clue. It’s mentioned that he was a regular there, but who did he usually hang out with? Was he close with other patrons or the staff? It seems strange that someone who was there so often wouldn’t have been seen talking to anyone. Also, considering he was a heavy drinker, as people have said, maybe he was vulnerable and someone took advantage of that. I just feel for his family and friends, not having answers after all these years. If anyone has access to old bar records or knows someone who was part of the local bar scene back then, I think it could really help piece together who Roger might have been with that night. ?
