Hey everyone, I've been reading through the discussions about Robert Duerr's disappearance, and something just caught my attention regarding his ATM card being found in that night deposit box. It's intriguing that someone would take the time to return it to the credit union a mile away after his disappearance. Does anyone else think it’s possible that Robert might have been the one to drop it there himself, maybe in some kind of confused state due to his condition? Or could it been that someone was trying to ensure the card wasn't misused? I find it odd that we never heard about any fingerprints or surveillance footage. It seems like a missed opportunity for some answers. Anyone have thoughts about why someone might do this if they didn’t know Robert personally?
Does anyone else find it puzzling about the ATM card turning up in the night deposit box? I just can’t wrap my head around how it got there. If someone found it, why wouldn't they report it to the police or the care center? It seems so deliberate to put it in a night deposit box of all places. Could it be someone trying to help, hoping the bank would notice and track down the owner? Or maybe someone didn't want to get involved but still wanted to make sure the card was safe? I wish there were more clues about this aspect. It's such an unusual detail in Robert Duerr's case, and I wonder if it's a lost opportunity for a lead. Anyone have thoughts or heard of something similar in other cases?
Hey everyone, I’ve been haunting these forums lately trying to piece together little-known details about Robert Duerr’s disappearance—I’m particularly fascinated by the mysterious ATM card situation. Does anyone else find it odd how it ended up in the night deposit box at the credit union? It’s only a mile from Fountainview, so maybe whoever found it was trying to safeguard it without turning it in to police. But why wouldn’t they go to the authorities directly? It's like they were deliberately avoiding interaction. Also, the timeline is puzzling. Do we know if there were any security cameras outside the credit union that might have caught something useful? Any theories out there on this?
