Has anyone else found the series of police interactions with Aviles before he returned to Wyoming strange? I mean, three separate encounters with law enforcement across different states and each time something seems off. The timeline here is really puzzling. What exactly happened in that span of just a few days? It's so frustrating not knowing more about those interactions—was he acting suspicious in any way?
