Has anyone else looked into the timing of evidence being tested in Derrick Ray Henagan's case? I find it so odd that there was such a delay in sending the evidence from the cadaver dog hit for testing. It makes me wonder if procedural missteps or possible oversights contributed to the stall in this investigation. Given that Derrick was declared legally dead in 2016, it’s troubling that there haven't been any charges filed. Could this be a clue to where things went wrong in solving his case? It seems like there were gaps in the early investigation that maybe need more public attention or scrutiny to figure out what really happened to Derrick.
I came across Derrick Ray Henagan’s case recently, and something that really caught my attention was the delay in testing evidence detected by the cadaver dogs. It seems odd and frustrating that it took several months to test something so crucial. This kind of delay can seriously hamper an investigation. Why do you think it took so long to process the evidence? Could it indicate a lack of urgency, or are there other factors that might have been at play here? It strikes me as a significant misstep in the search for Derrick and his loved ones’ quest for answers. Anyone know if that’s common in cases like this?
