I’ve always been curious about how law enforcement determined that Edward was their prime suspect so quickly. I mean, I get that he vanished right after such a horrific crime, but isn't it odd that no other angles seem to have been explored initially, at least from what's been released to the public? His two cars and personal belongings being left behind at the house definitely sound like he intended to vanish completely, but could it also suggest that someone else might have wanted him out of the picture, maybe to frame him? We’ve all heard of circumstantial evidence leading to wrong conclusions before. Given the sightings that popped up across the globe, I wonder if anyone ever theorized about Edward having help to leave the country or if it was just easier to write him off as the villain. There's definitely something about this unsolved case that seems like it might have been more complex than the initial investigation suggested. Any thoughts?
