I keep thinking about how the altercation happened on top of a retaining wall. It seems such a strange and precarious spot for a fight. I can’t imagine how things escalated to that point. Roth was so young, just 19, and the whole situation just breaks my heart. I hope the police are able to find out who was involved and why they met there of all places. Surely someone must have seen something that could help. Maybe city surveillance cameras caught some footage after all these years?
