I've been doing some reading on Francisco Marlan Perez's case, and something that's been on my mind is the missing wallet. It's always been suggested as a possible robbery, but do we know if there was any footage from the night of June 3, 1990, that could have shed light on this? I understand it was the early 90s, so security systems weren't as advanced, but a popular establishment like LaBamba Cantina might have had something in place. It seems odd that the wallet would have been the single object taken if robbery was the motive. My heart goes out to his wife and family; I truly hope someone who knows something decides to speak up. Every little detail could be crucial to solving this and helping them find some peace.
