Does anyone else think it's odd that the car was found abandoned on Ute Street? I lived in Tulsa for a few years, and that part of town has a mix of residential and industrial areas. It’s not really a place you'd expect someone to just leave a car like that unless they were in a hurry to get away from something. Plus, parking it crookedly seems like it was a rushed job. Was there ever any mention of witnesses seeing a car being parked or anything suspicious around that time? With the ID and baby bottle left inside, it feels like she didn’t leave thinking she’d be gone long—or maybe she wasn’t the one who left it there at all. Anyone know more about what Ute Street was like back in '79 or if the area has any significance to the case?
Hi everyone,
I stumbled upon this case recently and find the circumstances around Kathleen Henson's disappearance so strange. I'm really curious about the car being found abandoned awkwardly on Ute Street. It just makes me wonder if she was trying to get someone’s attention before something happened, or if the location itself has any significance. Does anyone know what that area was like back in 1979? Was it a busy street or more of a quiet neighborhood?
Also, if anyone has more information about her male acquaintance she was worried about, I'd love to hear your thoughts. It's unsettling that there were early signs of fear and the initial investigation seemed so lacking. Every little detail might help shine some light on what happened that night.
Hoping for updates or new insights!
