Hey everyone, I've been diving into Kelly Morrissey's case from Lynbrook, and something that really puzzles me is the timing of her disappearance. Given that she was last seen by friends who said she was just heading home, it seems like foul play could've been a possibility that occurred very quickly. Did anyone ever look into her route home and whether there were any surveillance cameras or businesses in the area back in 1984? Obviously, technology was different then, but maybe there were security guards or workers who might've been around the area and noticed something odd. I know it’s been ages, but I wonder if any of this was initially explored or if any old records or testimonies could offer new leads. Thoughts?
Does anyone else find it strange that there were no eyewitnesses who saw Kelly after she left her friends? I mean, it was a neighborhood setting, and in '84 people were often out and about, especially during that time of day. It’s puzzling that no one reported seeing her at all during her walk home. I've been diving into theories, but I just can't shake the feeling that there might be more to who was out there that day and if someone might have seen something but didn’t think much of it at the time. I wonder if a renewed push for information from people who lived in the area back then might jog someone's memory. Thoughts?
