Has anyone here looked into the neighborhood where Montretta Olden lived? I’ve been reading up on this case and can’t stop thinking about how someone so beloved and peaceful could fall victim to such senseless violence. It sounds like she was well-loved in the community, a retired bus driver who enjoyed gardening and exercising. What baffles me is the number of bullet holes reported in the back of her home. It makes me wonder if this could've been a case of mistaken identity, or if there’s more to the story about the area she lived in. I’m sure her family is still deeply affected by this, and it seems like the community is, too. Cases like this make me wish there were more resources or initiatives to solve cold cases. If anyone’s got theories or info, please share. The fact that her killer is still unidentified and could be at large must bring such unease to those around her. I've been thinking about how Montretta Olden was killed, and something's been bugging me. The fact that she was killed in her own bed during a drive-by shooting is not only tragic but seems so senseless, like the universe out of order. It's scary to think that someone could be targeted so randomly and with such violent disregard for innocent lives.
