Hey everyone, just digging into the Paul Noel case again and I noticed something that I’m really curious about. Paul was last confirmed to have been at the bank on Balboa Ave, and then supposedly got dropped off near Mission Bay. Here’s what’s puzzling me—what exactly was his connection to Mission Bay? Did he have friends in the area or was there a place he frequently visited? I know it was a popular spot for locals back in the day, but it seems a little out of the way if he didn’t have specific plans to be there. Anyone have info about what might have brought him there or if he mentioned anything to friends or family? It's such a mystery what brought him to that particular area after the bank. Every little detail counts, so just throwing it out there to see if anyone has extra insight or theories about his ties to Mission Bay at the time. Thanks!
