Did anyone ever check into Mark Nichols' alibi thoroughly? It's puzzling to me that there hasn't been more clarity on his whereabouts after that 2:00 a.m. argument. I know he said he went to bed, but did anyone else see him at all during those early morning hours? It seems odd that there was blood found in the house and the car, yet there hasn’t been enough to press charges. Also, the timing with Christi meeting a divorce attorney just days before is too coincidental for me. Makes you wonder if he was being watched closely enough during the initial phases of the investigation. Anyone else think he might’ve had help?
