I’ve been following Jamal Barkus’s case, and it really gets to me how his family still doesn’t have closure. It’s so frustrating that the last homicide of 2016 in Oklahoma City is still unsolved. It makes me wonder if there’s any CCTV in the NE 23rd Street and Kelley Avenue area that could hold some clues. Has anyone heard anything about local businesses checking their footage from that night? I truly hope someone comes forward soon. My thoughts are with Jamal’s loved ones during such an unimaginably tough time. ?
