It’s been so long, yet this case refuses to leave my mind. I keep thinking about Joe – how he ended up in that driveway on Bates Road that fateful night. It's strange because he didn't even live there. From what I've read, no one really knows why he was there or who might have done this to him. No suspects, no answers. The fact that he was shot with a 12-gauge shotgun makes it feel so personal and intense, though. Does anyone know if Joe had any connections to that neighborhood? Like, could he have gone there to meet someone, or was he in the wrong place at the wrong time? Maybe someone here might remember something unusual from that day. It breaks my heart that his family still doesn’t have closure after all these years. Sending them strength and hoping for some breakthrough in this case. If anyone knows anything, even something that might seem insignificant, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Joe deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.

I was just reading about Joseph "Joe" Brandon's case from 1978, and something really caught my attention. It's so strange how Joe didn't live at the house where he was found. Why would his car be parked at the bottom of the driveway? I'm wondering if anyone ever found out why he was there in the first place. Was he visiting someone, or could it have been an attempt to meet someone anonymously? With the house being at 30001 Bates Road, did any of the neighbors hear or see anything unusual that night? It boggles my mind how a case like this can remain unsolved for so long. My heart goes out to Joe’s family—I can’t imagine the pain of not having answers. If anybody has old rumors, stories, or even a different angle that law enforcement maybe didn't look into back then, please share. It’s never too late for justice.
