The impact on Velmarion, Cedric's mother, is evident—losing a child is one of the most devastating experiences. Although it’s been over a decade, the pain never really disappears. If anyone in the community knows something but held back out of fear, I genuinely hope they find strength in numbers. Even the smallest detail might make a difference. Cedric’s family deserves answers and justice; they’ve been waiting far too long.
