I’ve been thinking about the timeline surrounding Michelle Lynn Otter’s disappearance. I can’t help but wonder if there were any unusual vehicles spotted near NE 141st Street around the time she went missing. Sometimes neighbors notice things that seem insignificant at the moment but end up being crucial. Were any of the residents in the area interviewed about vehicles or strange activity? I feel like there might be a potential lead here. Maybe someone remembers something if prompted to think back to that specific day. Has anyone heard if investigators revisited this angle since the initial investigation?
