Michelle Lynn Otter, a 15-year-old from Fort McCoy, Florida, disappeared on the morning of May 7, 1998. She was last seen leaving her father's home on NE 141st Street, likely heading to the school bus stop. She has not been seen or heard from since that day. Michelle, who was also known by her nickname "Missy," is described as 4'11" tall, weighing 95 pounds, with brown hair, green/hazel eyes, and a lazy left eye. She was wearing a t-shirt, blue jeans, a blue and brown flannel shirt, and carrying a bookbag at the time of her disappearance.

Despite an ongoing investigation, little progress has been made, and authorities suspect foul play may be involved. Michelle's case remains classified as endangered missing, and law enforcement, along with her family, continues to seek answers. Her case has garnered attention over the years, and age-progressed images have been released to show what she might look like today.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Marion County Sheriff's Office. Michelle's case remains unsolved, but investigators continue to appeal for tips that could help bring her home.
