Has anyone looked deeper into the rental car aspect of Mario, Yakelin, and Jonathan's disappearance? It seems odd that Yakelin was planning to bring back a new car, yet the family left in a rented vehicle. Could there be any relevance to the fact that the Malibu was rented? Did Yakelin mention to anyone why she rented a car for the trip instead of using their own, especially given the plan to return with a different vehicle? Maybe there's a connection there that's been overlooked, or it changes the timeline of events and their intended destination. It's been so long, but any clue or reconsideration of details might help shake loose new leads. Thoughts on this?

Has anyone else found the details about the rental car situation to be just a little off? It's been bugging me how Yakelin supposedly planned to return with a new car, yet they rented a vehicle for the trip to Tampa. Why rent a car if she was picking up a new one? Does this mean someone else was supposed to be involved, like maybe someone was going to meet them halfway? Or could there have been a sudden change in plans that wasn't communicated to friends or family? I wonder if the rental car company had records of any extensions or if the car was ever found. It just feels like there's something important there that might have been missed or overlooked. What do you guys think?
