Has anyone looked into the possibility of Hector Rivera having changed his appearance before his disappearance? I was struck by the mention that he might have altered his eye color with gray contact lenses. That detail caught my eye because it suggests he may have been considering changing his look. If he did alter his appearance further, that could explain why he and the truck have never been spotted, even after all these years. It also makes me wonder if he was planning to stay under the radar for any reason. Do we know if there were any pressures or issues in his life around that time that might have made him want to disappear?
