Hector Noel Rivera, a 21-year-old man, was last seen on January 27, 2000, in Santa Ana, California. He had left home that evening, driving his black 1999 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck, and was possibly headed to San Francisco or West Hollywood. The truck, with California license plate 6B31169, has never been found. Rivera's disappearance is mysterious, as there has been no activity on his bank account or cell phone since that day.
At the time of his disappearance, Hector was wearing either a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, and white New Balance shoes, or a red long-sleeved Abercrombie shirt and jeans. He also wore a silver Century High School class ring and a Guess watch. Distinguishing features include his brown eyes, which he may have altered with gray contact lenses.
Despite efforts from law enforcement and his family, no significant leads have emerged, and both Hector and his vehicle remain missing. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Santa Ana Police Department. His case remains unsolved after more than two decades.
