Hector Noel Rivera, a 21-year-old man, was last seen on January 27, 2000, in Santa Ana, California. He had left home that evening, driving his black 1999 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck, and was possibly headed to San Francisco or West Hollywood. The truck, with California license plate 6B31169, has never been found. Rivera's disappearance is mysterious, as there has been no activity on his bank account or cell phone since that day.
