On October 9, 1988, an 11-year-old girl named Marisol Hundley went missing after being swept into the ocean by a large wave near Baldhead Cliff in York, Maine. Marisol was visiting the area with her family when she and her father, Terry Hundley, were caught by a 15-foot wave while standing on the rocks.
