I’ve been following Robert Thomas Hiney's disappearance for a while now, and I keep coming back to the circumstances at the courthouse steps. It strikes me as odd that there aren’t any more details about what he was doing there or who might have seen him last. Courthouses usually have security cameras, even back in 2003. Does anyone know if any footage ever surfaced or if the area possibly had cameras back then? Also, I wonder if being off his meds made him more vulnerable or if it played into his decision to head to the courthouse in the first place. It's been so long, but if anyone has thoughts on this angle, I'd love to hear them.

Has anyone else looked into the significance of the courthouse steps where Robert Thomas Hiney was last seen? I keep thinking there might be something important about that location. Was he there for a specific reason, maybe even related to his legal or personal life? I wonder if someone there could have witnessed something but didn't realize its importance back then. The courthouse might have security cameras, but I haven't seen anything mentioned about footage from that day. It's a long shot after all this time, but maybe there's still someone out there who remembers seeing him or who knows why he was there that day. It just seems like such a crucial detail that could lead to more clues about what happened to him.
