Robert Thomas Hiney, a 50-year-old man, was last seen on December 14, 2003, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, standing on the steps of a courthouse. He has been missing ever since, and no trace of him has been found. Hiney suffered from schizophrenia and was off his medication at the time of his disappearance. Additionally, he was a recovering alcoholic but was reportedly sober when he vanished.
