In the winter of 2003, a 50-year-old man named Robert Thomas Hiney vanished from Fayetteville, North Carolina. The last confirmed sighting of Robert was on December 14, 2003, when he was seen standing on the steps of the local courthouse. From that moment on, his whereabouts became a mystery, leaving his family and investigators with few clues to follow.
