Has anyone else been following the Donald Eugene Harrigan case from Wilmington, Delaware? One detail that caught my attention is the scar near his eye and his slightly curved fingernails. It seems like these distinct features could help someone remember seeing him, especially if he was in an unfamiliar area like Jacksonville or Lakeland. I wonder if there were any inquiries sent out to hospitals or clinics around those areas to check if someone matching his description sought medical attention? If he was in Florida, that could have been an opportunity to trace his movements. It’s baffling how there’s been little to no progress over all these years despite that. Curious if anyone has insights or knows if these angles were pursued.

I've been following Donald Eugene Harrigan's case for a while, and I've always found the timing of his disappearance so puzzling. In the past, whenever Donald went off the radar, he'd always touch base within a short time, maybe a few weeks at most. So, the fact that he vanished in February but wasn't reported missing until April has me wondering. Was it due to his typical habit of disappearing for short periods that no one worried at first, or was there something more going on that we don't know about? It's like he just slipped through the cracks somehow. And I'm curious about his connection to Florida. Why was there such a focus on Jacksonville and Lakeland for searches? Did he know someone specific there or have a regular place he'd go to? It's been so long, and it seems there was something significant about those locations that we might be missing. Anyone have insights or thoughts on why these areas were a focus?
