Does anyone else find it strange that Anthony's remains were never found despite such extensive efforts at the landfill? I mean, they searched and searched, yet nothing turned up. I understand landfills are massive, chaotic places with constant activity, but it nags at me how a whole community could come up empty despite using all the resources they had. What do landfills typically do with unsorted contents, especially after a focused search like this one? Does anyone have more information on how searches are conducted in those environments? It’s so frustrating that there’s no closure on this part of the case. I can't imagine the anguish of not being able to recover a loved one. It just leaves me wondering if something important could have been overlooked, or if it's just one of those tragic mysteries that we'll never solve. Would love to hear thoughts or if anyone has insight into similar situations.
