In the winter of 2006, a tragic story unfolded in the Bronx, New York, with the disappearance of a newborn baby boy named Anthony Rojas. Anthony was born premature and had spent the first two weeks of his life in a hospital. On December 31, 2006, he was discharged, and his mother was taking him home.
