Osvaldo Baro, a 59-year-old man, was last seen on April 1, 1999, in the Bronx, New York. He disappeared around 6:45 a.m. near the 2200 block of Powell Avenue, in the borough’s Soundview neighborhood. Despite thorough investigations, Baro has not been seen or heard from since that day. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
