Has anyone else thought about the footprints found near the Sabine River in Vernier's case? It's eerie how they just stopped with no other clues or signs of him turning up. If he was as experienced in the outdoors as people say, it seems strange that there wasn't more trace of him. Given his health condition, though, it's possible he might not have made it far. I wonder if anyone has looked into local spots where he might have sought shelter or help? It’s unsettling how people can just vanish like that, leaving behind so many questions. Would love to hear if anyone else has thoughts on that footprint trail.
