It was not the ending that his family wanted but he was found. I am so glad he was. RIP

Hey everyone, just wanted to share something that popped into my mind the other day about Gary Mayo's case. You know how his remains were found near the Port of Wilmington? I read somewhere that river currents can be pretty unpredictable there. I’m curious if anyone has any insights or theories about how objects or remains might travel over time in those waters. Could environmental changes or activities in the area since 2007 have impacted where his remains ended up? I’ve read a bit about sediment and current patterns, but I'd love to hear from anyone with experience or knowledge on this. Maybe someone local might have noticed changes along the shoreline over the years? Any input would be appreciated!
