Has anyone else been looking into Harold Schroetter’s financial situation around the time he went missing? I stumbled upon a mention that he was in the process of changing the beneficiaries on his estate before he disappeared. Does anyone know if there were any recent changes to his will? I wonder if this might have been a motive for someone close to him. It's curious that this coincided with him breaking up with his girlfriend. Could the timing have anything to do with it? Just throwing out some thoughts here! I feel like tracking the money or changes in the estate might lead to new insights.

It's been 14 years, and Harold's case still haunts Falcon Heights. Something that's always puzzled me is why Harold's car ended up in St. Paul. I've read that it was found in a seemingly random parking lot. Could there have been some significance to the location we aren't aware of? Maybe Harold planned to meet someone there, or perhaps it was just a spot to ditch the car. It's strange because it doesn't seem like a place Harold would have any reason to go. With the atrocious weather we get in February, a trip to St. Paul would honestly be unusual unless there was a good reason. Was there ever any surveillance footage from nearby businesses around the spot he was last seen? Seems like this is an angle that deserves more attention. What does everyone else think about the car being there, instead of somewhere more obvious?
