Hi everyone, I’ve been following Peter Achermann's case, and something that's been on my mind is the weather conditions around the time he vanished. Does anyone know if there had been any significant rains or unusual weather in the area around July 24, 2009, especially near where his car was found? I’m asking because I wonder if rough weather could have played a role in how his car ended up stuck in the mud. I know it's common for rural roads to become treacherous in those conditions, and maybe it could have hindered him if he tried to get help. Any local folks here remember what the weather was like back then? Thanks for any insights!
