I’ve been reading up on the unsolved case of Carlos Armstrong, and one detail I find interesting is the location where the tragedy happened—525 East Liberty Street. I can’t help but think about the environment there at the time. Was it a busy area with a lot of foot traffic, or more secluded? You’d think someone might have seen something with everything going on in a city like Cincinnati back then. It’s baffling how there seem to be so little details to work off in such a public space. It’s so frustrating thinking about the family who still doesn’t have answers after all these years. I hope people who were in the area that night will come forward, even if they think what they know is insignificant—it could be the puzzle piece investigators need. Carlos deserves justice, and his loved ones should have the peace of mind that comes with it. What do you all think? Would love to hear any thoughts or insights.

It seems like Cincinnati was going through a really tough time back then with multiple violent incidents. Does anyone know if that particular area was known for crime around 2002, or if there have been changes in community safety since then? It breaks my heart thinking about the fear and pain Carlos must’ve felt. I really hope that any locals who remember anything will come forward, even if it seems insignificant. Every little piece may help bring some peace to his family and friends who have been living with this grief for so long. Keeping them in my thoughts.
