On March 6, 2002, Carlos Armstrong was tragically shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 525 East Liberty Street. Armstrong, also known by the name Carlos Robinson, was 26 years old at the time of his death. He was found at the scene with fatal gunshot wounds, and despite efforts by emergency responders, he succumbed to his injuries.
