Hey everyone,
I came across some interesting details about the night Joseph Farkas was killed, and I thought it might be worth discussing. What puzzles me is the location where his truck was found—right in front of a wrecking and salvage yard. It's such a peculiar spot, isn't it? Makes me wonder if the killer had a reason for choosing that location, or maybe it was just a convenient, isolated place?
I'm also curious if the wrecking yard had any surveillance cameras at the time. It was 2006, so I know not every business had them, but it could have captured something crucial.
Another odd thing is, why take him there in his own truck if they were just going to abandon it with his body? Did he know his attacker, and maybe that person was hoping the location would suggest a different narrative to police?
I just can’t stop thinking about how terrifying it must have been for Joseph in those last moments. His family deserves answers, and I really hope someone out there holds the missing piece to this puzzle. I’ve been reading up on Joseph Farkas's case and I just can't wrap my head around the timeline of events leading up to his tragic death. The fact that he was taken from his apartment and brought to such a public area raises so many questions for me. Why West Park Avenue? It's right by a wrecking and salvage business, which seems like an odd choice unless it was meant to be a message or they thought it would somehow go unnoticed.
