Does anyone else find it odd that William Neilson was reportedly living in an adult home at the time of his disappearance? I know these facilities usually have some level of supervision, so it's curious how someone could just go missing without more people noticing sooner. Did he have the freedom to come and go as he pleased? And what about his roommates or staff—did anyone see him leave that day, or notice anything unusual? It's been so long without any solid leads, but maybe there's something in the daily routine or security of the home that could offer new clues. Anyone here familiar with how these homes operated in the 90s?
