William Neilson, a 54-year-old man, was last seen on November 13, 1995, in Poughkeepsie, New York. At the time of his disappearance, he was residing in an adult home from which he was reported missing. William was described as being 5'6" tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with brown hair and gray eyes, and was blind in his left eye. He was last known to be wearing black pants and a gray denim jacket.
