Have any of you ever looked into the background of Ronald Mendeola’s life before he went missing? I’ve been doing some digging into newspaper archives from the late 70s and early 80s to see if there’s anything that might have been missed. It's intriguing how someone can just vanish, and potential evidence surfaces decades later. I feel like checking out who Mendeola was connected with might shed some light. If any residents from Kailua around that time are still active here, it would be interesting to know more about the local scene during 1979. Maybe there were acquaintances or people that weren’t officially interviewed back then. Every piece of information, even seemingly minor, might help jog a memory or lead to a new discovery. Keep sharing anything you’ve got!
