I've been following the case of Ravontae Abernathy and just keep thinking about how it must feel for his family to still have no answers after all these years. I can't even imagine the pain of not knowing who took away their loved one. It really highlights how crucial community involvement is in these unsolved cases. It's frustrating to think that there might be people out there who have information but are too scared or unwilling to come forward. I wonder what kind of support or protection could be offered to witnesses to encourage them to share what they know. Ravontae deserves justice, and I hope that anyone with information finds the courage to speak up. We need to create environments where people feel safe to tell the truth—maybe that's the key to getting the answers the Abernathy family deserves.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the location where Ravontae was found. 885 Miller Avenue is such a busy area, especially during midday when he was discovered. It's hard to imagine that no one saw or heard anything suspicious. Does anyone know if there were any security cameras nearby that might have captured something? Maybe local businesses or city traffic cams could have picked up some footage that could help the investigation. My heart goes out to his family and friends; they deserve answers and justice. If anyone knows something, no matter how small it seems, it would really help if you reached out to the authorities.
