Does anyone else find it odd that Brandee's disappearance went unreported for four years? I mean, it’s understandable that families sometimes think the person will turn up, especially if they have a tendency to go off the grid, but missing funerals of family members seems pretty alarming. As for the car, how does a whole sedan just vanish without a trace? It's also curious that there’s this mysterious older man at the lake house, yet nobody knows who he is. You'd think by now there’d be some leads on his identity. I wonder if anyone has looked into property records or local businesses around Belews Creek during that time period. Here's hoping Brandee’s family gets some answers soon. Any theories on what may have happened?

Anyone else puzzled by the timing of when Brandee Canipe was reported missing? It’s wild to think that it took four whole years for her disappearance to be officially logged. I mean, I get that she had a habit of staying out of contact, but not going to multiple family funerals seems like a big red flag to me. Just imagine all the evidence that might have been lost during those years. I wonder if the authorities could have made more headway had the case been opened sooner. It’s just frustrating to think about all the potential clues that might have slipped through the cracks. Thoughts?
