Has anyone else been following the Joel Anthony Ariza case from 2009? I find it so puzzling how the boat was found seven miles downstream, yet there's still no trace of him. I understand currents can be strong, but wouldn't something have surfaced by now? I'm wondering if anyone has any insights on the specific tidal patterns in that part of the Delaware River during that time of year. Could they really have carried him so far away without leaving a trace? It's just so frustrating when the water seems to just swallow people up like this. Would love to hear your thoughts or if there are similar cases with better outcomes.
