Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on the night Robert Steven Dow disappeared? Eugene, Oregon can get pretty chilly in December, and I'm curious if anyone knows if there were any unusual weather patterns or storms in the area around that time that could have played a role in his disappearance. It might seem minor, but sometimes little details like these can shed new light on cold cases. Also, has anyone heard whether meteorological data from that night was ever reviewed by the investigators? It's been over a decade now, and it feels like any avenue, no matter how small, should be explored.
