I've been following Daquan "Black Dot" Williams’ case, and something that puzzles me is the location of his last sighting. Walterboro isn't a massive place, but Koth and Baker Streets seem significant. I looked up some local maps, and it seems like a pretty ordinary residential area. Does anyone know if there's a history of other incidents there? I'm wondering if that corner has a reputation or if anything peculiar stands out about it. Also, if anyone's local to that area or has experience with the streets there back in 2011, did anything change after Daquan went missing? Sometimes there are little things, like a new street light put up or more police patrols, that can indicate more underlying concerns in a neighborhood. It's so strange that this happened in a familiar place for him and yet he managed to vanish. Any extra eyes on Koth and Baker back then might have caught something helpful.

I've been trying to piece together what happened to Daquan that night, and something keeps bugging me about how Manny Buckner is involved. Does anyone else think it's strange that Manny was charged with attempted murder in the shooting but nothing related to Daquan's disappearance? Like, how do you separate the two when they happened at the same time and place? It just feels like a huge part of the puzzle is missing, and maybe there's more to Manny's story that's not being looked into enough. Are there any locals here who knew either of them or have more context about the relationship between them? I know the family is still searching for answers, and if anyone knows something, please come forward. The way this case has lingered without answers is just so troubling.

I stumbled across Daquan “Black Dot” Williams’ case recently, and I can’t stop thinking about the role that mental health might play in situations like his. It’s got me wondering if enough emphasis is placed on the mental state of individuals involved in such traumatic incidents. I can only imagine the stress and fear Daquan might have been feeling after being injured in the shooting, especially if he had nowhere safe to go immediately. I feel like there are so many layers to consider when someone goes missing under such violent circumstances. Is there adequate mental health support available for people in these situations? Would it make a difference in outcomes like Daquan’s? Just some thoughts I’ve been ruminating on. Stay safe, everyone.
