Has anyone looked into the terrain around Millikin Woods since it's believed Billy might have been walking through there the night he disappeared? I'm curious if the area has any difficult paths or spots someone unfamiliar with might struggle with, especially considering the early morning hours and that he didn't have his jacket or phone. Plus, his condition made him vulnerable to seizures, which could mean trouble navigating alone. It seems like a challenging area to cover thoroughly, given the vegetation and potential weather conditions back in February. Maybe someone local can chime in about the state of the woods around that time? Hoping this jogs some memories or encourages another look with fresh eyes.
