It's so eerie how Beverly Jean Ribley's case still puzzles us after all these years. I was reading through the old reports, and one thing that struck me was the bloodstains found on the carpet. That definitely suggests something went down at her house that night. Given the history of her boyfriend breaking in before, I can't help but wonder why that angle wasn’t more thoroughly explored. Could he have been involved, or was it someone else entirely? It's baffling that there were no other signs of struggle or evidence leading anywhere concrete. Her being declared legally dead by her husband in '87 to sell the house makes the whole situation feel even more unsettling, as if there are missing pieces to this puzzle. I hope that with new technologies in forensic analysis, something might eventually turn up. If anyone has any insights or additional angles that could be considered, it would be great to share them here. Keeping her story alive might just spark the lead needed to solve it.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the scene in Beverly Jean Ribley's case where they found bloodstains on the carpet in her house. It just doesn't add up to me that someone would leave that behind if it was a planned abduction. I'd assume they would try to clean up or cover their tracks, right? It almost feels like whatever happened might have been unexpected or hurried. Do any of you have thoughts on why those bloodstains were left at the scene, considering how risky it is to leave evidence like that? Also, did anyone else find it odd that her husband took so long to have her declared legally dead? It's almost like he was waiting for something, but maybe I'm reading too much into it. Would love to hear your opinions!
