Has anyone else looked into the prevalence of unsolved homicides in Charlotte around the time of Thomas Bruce Alford's murder? It just baffles me how many cases have gone cold, especially with witnesses present. There seems to be a troubling pattern here, and I can't help but wonder if there are underlying issues within the local investigative processes during that period. My heart goes out to Thomas Bruce Alford’s family. I can't imagine the pain they must feel, even more so knowing that there were two witnesses. How frustrating it must be for them to have been so close to finding the truth, yet still be searching for answers all these years later. If anyone has some insights or data on similar cases from that era in Charlotte, perhaps we can pool our resources and see if there's more to uncover. Collaboration might be the key to shedding some light on these cases.
