I came across this case recently and something about it just caught my eye. It's been nearly 40 years since Charles Allen Arrington was last seen, and I can't help but wonder why someone who was living in NYC would disappear while visiting Parma. Was he there for a specific reason, or just passing through? It's strange that there hasn't been more information about what he was doing in Parma right before he vanished. Does anyone know if there were any events or people he might have been involved with at the time? With so little to go on, it feels like some small detail could be the key to finding out what really happened. Thoughts or theories?
