Charles Allen Arrington, a 44-year-old man, was last seen on January 1, 1983, in Parma, Ohio. At the time of his disappearance, Charles was living in Manhattan, New York, but was in Parma at the time. Described as 5'10" and weighing around 180 pounds, he had black hair and brown eyes. His sudden disappearance has remained a mystery, with little information available about the circumstances leading up to his last known whereabouts.
