I was reading about Rodney Segar's case again, and something that's been on my mind is the location where he was found. The Brookshire Freeway near the Independence Boulevard ramp is such a busy area. It's hard to believe that no one saw anything suspicious around the time of the incident. With so many commuters passing through, surely someone noticed something unusual but maybe didn’t realize its significance at the time. I really feel for Rodney’s family and friends. Not knowing what happened that day must be incredibly difficult. If you regularly drive through that area or know someone who does, maybe have a conversation about it. Sometimes, memories are jogged by small details, and it could make a huge difference in bringing some closure to this tragic case.
